SteelMaster Buildings Named One of the Best Places to Work in Virginia for 2nd Consecutive Year

SteelMaster Buildings was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia for the second year in a row. The annual list of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Virginia was created by Virginia Business Magazine and Best Companies Group.

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. The 2022 Best Places to Work in Virginia list is made up of 100 companies.

The first part, worth 25% of the total evaluation, consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part, worth 75% of the total evaluation, consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.

The final rankings will be announced via an in-person event on January 27, 2022.
