Building price includes 50 year Steel Mill (ArcelorMittal NYSE MT) & manufacturer-backed warranty (some restrictions apply, see warranty certificate for full details), state-stamped blueprints, 22 gauge, commercial 80-grade steel with Energy Star rated Galvalume Plus coating, hex serrated self-locking nuts, pre-recessed polyethylene washers, salt-spray tested bolts, & construction manual. Prices apply to category one buildings only. Wind loads and snow loads vary significantly across the country. Please check with your building specialist to ensure clearance buildings meet specific loads. Offer good for new customers only. Sales & use tax are not included where applicable.
