How do I put the building up myself?

|
Step 1:
Build Your Arches Putting up your SteelMaster building is safe and easy, with 70% of the work done on the ground with only one-size nut and bolt.
Step 2:
Raise Arches In most cases, no heavy equipment is required when raising your building.
|
|
Step 3:
Fit Arches Together Our precision-built arches fit together perfectly. The precision overlap of the arches provides more steel at critical connections, ensuring the easiest-to-assemble, strongest, best-fitting arch system available.
Step 4:
Add End Walls Finish your building with any SteelMaster steel End Wall, or a custom End Wall that you create and add on yourself.

1. Land
Land selection and preparation is the first step in getting into your new SteelMaster building. How much room do you have for what size building? Are there any building load restrictions to consider about building type or location? Our specially trained Building Specialists coupled with our Certified Engineering Staff will gladly assist you!
2. Foundation
Most of our customers prefer a concrete slab built to our Engineers guidelines; however, it is not required. Local weather patterns and individual building specifications are taken into consideration. Average costs for a concrete foundation in the US will run between $2 and $4 per square foot for materials and between $2 and $4 per square foot for professional labor. This is a total concrete slab costs-estimate of between $4 and $8 per square foot for your foundation.
In order to make you building secure to the foundation it is suggested that you use a Keyway foundation, C-Channel or an Industrial Base Plate. Note: Costs may vary by building type and geographic location.
3. Building Construction
Materials and Labor will vary greatly in this selection process. Traditional building choices (wood, masonry, etc.) can run from $20 to $35 per square foot for materials and the high level skills required of labor will add another $10 to $20 per square foot for a total average of $30 to $55 per square foot!
SteelMaster® Building Kits changes all of that!
New technology in both metallurgy and Computer Aided Design (CAD) Engineering allow us to provide you with a virtually Maintenance-Free, 30-Year Warranted, Super Strong, Highly Stylish SteelMaster Building for between $4 to $12* per square foot! Professional erection labor will average $3 to $4 per square foot for our easy-assembly SteelMaster Building Kits or you can assemble the building yourself for Free!
Here's how the budget numbers compare assuming that both Land and Foundation costs are similar for both SteelMaster Building Kits and Traditional buildings:
